Initial Consultation, Research & Design A

Our Vacation Design Fee may include the following (check with your vacation planner for clarification):

• Consultation to discuss what you are looking for in your vacation
• Providing package options based on your needs
• Securing your requested booking
• Advanced dining reservations
• Special requests and other details
• Continued support through check-out

The Vacation Design Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, and includes professional support for one vacation.

Availability of inventory or reservations is never a guarantee. Our team works very hard to make sure your needs are met, but we do not have any control over what the suppliers have available.

If you decide to cancel your vacation booking with us, the Design Fee will not be refunded, and we reserve the right to cancel any or all special requests and reservations linked to the vacation booking.

In addition to these Terms of Service, the main Terms and Conditions for Pixie and Pirate Destinations also apply.

Our vacation planners are Independent Contractors and they have the option to charge a Vacation Design Fee as they see fit.
